We help drivers who have been hit by someone else get their claim started, and put them in touch with a UK claims partner who can deal with the at-fault driver’s insurer for them.

We are an independent business. We are not an insurer, we are not part of any insurance company, and we do not act for or on behalf of any insurer, including yours or the other driver’s. No insurer has endorsed this website, and we do not use any insurer’s name or branding to represent ourselves.
What we do
When another driver causes an accident, their insurer is responsible for putting things right. Many drivers do not know they can claim directly from the at-fault driver’s insurer rather than going through their own policy, and paying their own excess to do it.
We provide a marketing and introduction service. When you call us on 0208 988 9508 or send an enquiry through this website, we take the details of your accident and pass them to a claims handling or accident management partner who may be able to help with:
- recovering your vehicle from the scene
- a replacement vehicle while yours is off the road
- repairs at an approved repairer
- your claim against the at-fault driver’s insurer, including out-of-pocket losses
Your partner contacts you, explains how your claim would work, and tells you clearly whether they can help before you agree to anything.
When we can help
The route through the at-fault driver’s insurer is for accidents that were not your fault, where the other driver can be identified and holds valid motor insurance. That covers most road traffic collisions, such as being hit from behind, side-impact accidents and car park incidents.

How we are paid
Our introduction service is free for you to use. We may receive a fee from the partner we introduce you to. That fee does not reduce anything you may recover under your claim.
